I was going through the Whole Foods Market website for some hair recipes and decided to try one of their DIY Hair Mask Recipes and add my own flare to it with essential oils.
So here is the recipe:
1/2 Avocado
1 Teaspoon Honey or Agave Syrup
1/4 Cup Water
1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil (Heated up till it turns to oil)
1 Tablespoon Shea Butter (Heated up till it turns to oil)
1 Teaspoon Jamaican Black Castor Oil
20 Drops Peppermint Essential Oils
8 Drops Tea Tree Oil
Blend thoroughly
That’s It!!
Apply to freshly washed wet hair. Cover your hair with a conditioning cap or plastic cap for 45 mins to 1 hour. Wash out.
