I do over 95% of my food shopping at Whole Foods Market. I could pretty much live in the store with all the selections they provide. I hear the phrase that “whole foods takes your whole check”. It definitely takes a good chunk out of your check but for me, its worth it.

Let’s start with Organic Walnuts. I am not a big fan of nuts but I wanted to try something new. These are the facts about Walnuts:

Personal internal health is key to longevity. I’ve been neglecting the gym for a while. Recently, I was introduced to a  vast array of pure essential oils. I have always been using peppermint and tea tree essential oils for my hair growth regimen. I decided to look into essential oils a little more.

Recently,  I purchased a  diffuser and some essential oils that I would love to try. For the past few days, I have been using a combination of Cinnamon Bark and Tangerine Essential Oil.

The pain in my legs was annoying. I used this diffuser on the first night and pain went away!! I was in shock! I was all in!!!!
