I’ve been real lazy with keeping a consistent prayer life and bible reading. I decided to start a 15 Day Healing Challenge. I need healing in my body, healing from the past, anger, unforgiveness towards people and towards God. Yes…..towards God. The bitterness is real but it is time to make a change for my spiritual health and spiritual freedom in Christ.
If the struggle is real for you, join me in this challenge.
Let’s start with the Lords Prayer (Matthew 6:9 – 13):
Our Father in Heaven
Hallowed be Your Name
Your Kingdom come
Your will be done
On Earth as it is in Heaven
Give us this Day our Daily Bread
And forgive us our debts
As we forgive our debtors
And do not lead us into temptation
But deliver us from the evil one
For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the Glory forever. Amen
If you have not fully given your life to God, pray this with me:
“Father God, I turn over my life to You. I accept your Son Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. Forgive me of my sins. Baptize me in your Holy Spirit right now in the name of Jesus Christ”.
Lately, have you felt a Spirit of depression from the enemy (Satan) or people (family members, close friends) reminding you of your past? Are you beating yourself about bad decisions you have made?
- First, Forgive Yourself – Matthew 6:12 says to forgive us of our trespasses….. Have you given that hurt or that past to God? Let’s give it to Him now. Let’s pray: “Father God, forgive me of my past wrongs. I give to you every bad decision made and everyone that was hurt by my decisions to you. Cleanse me and wash me through the blood of your son Jesus Christ. Thank You Jesus. Amen
- Second, Forgive Others – Matthew 6:12 – …..as we forgive those who trespass against us. We are going to give to God everyone that has caused us pain (knowingly and unknowingly). Write their names down on paper (you will throw it away after the prayer as a sign of letting go). Let’s pray: I give to you (that person’s name). I forgive (person’s name) for the hurt and pain. I release (person’s name) to you that you will reveal yourself to (him/her). I pray that (he/she) will come to the saving knowledge of who You are. Shower them with Your love as You are showering me with Yours in the name of your Son, Jesus Christ. Amen.
Thank God for what He has done!!
Father, God…Thank you for your Son, Jesus Christ for dying on the cross for me and shedding His blood that I may be set free. I declare freedom and deliverance in the name of Jesus Christ! Help me to be a testimony to those who do not know about Your Power and Your Love!!
